Academy students have no particular jutsu other than the clone, transformation and Substitution jutsu.
Their Kekkei Genkai is not activated yet and their actual strength is very low.
Genins have access to jutsu should they choose to spend time learning them, as said learning from Teachers increases progression greatly.
Genin's depending on how they did in their test may gain good control of their Kekkei genkai or stronger jutsu earlier on.
A small summoning jutsu and a single chakra nature are allowed
No advanced releases
No extreme abilities unless unlocked through the task stages
Chunins are allowed to learn a second chakra nature and master the ability to control chakra nature.
Depending on how they did in previous terms will determine how strong the jutsu they can learn from now on is
Two chakra natures
If a kekkei genkai is applicable then only the kekkei genkai can be an advanced release
A moderate sized animal summoning Eg Bear, Tiger
Only great strength if unlocked through training sessions
Special Jonins haver higher respect but still aren't teachers. Special jonin are able to be sent on all types of missions

Strength through training tasks must be applied
Larger summoning jutsus are able to be used, even greater ones need to be taught

Can now take on a squad of 3 if given the task
Can learn 3 chakra natures aswell as a unique combination of kekkei Genkai and one of the natures, Combo release also applicable.

Allowed to approach the Kazekage quickly without getting attacked and is able to give orders to any member below their rank.
Only 3 Anbu Captains
Leader of the village and is treated as a Sannin, Anyone in any rank can be elected as Kazekage but to be the next kazekage you will need 3 approvals to be elected as a Kage.
you will need 3 approvals from either the current Kazekage or the Sannin and anbu Captains.
There can only be 2 Kage's at any time, a Senior and a Junior Kage.

Can have an advanced released which impliments either Yin or Yang release depending on what type of ninja you want to be.
Is permitted to learn Senjutsu should the Kazekage allow it.
